As the Organizational Change Management Lead at North American Production Sharing De México, you will play a crucial role in supporting the local business through their change journey to maximize system adoption of SAP and achieve stabilization of new processes and ways of working.

You will be responsible for leading all change management activities in line with the corporate change management methodology and toolkit, working closely with and coordinating the work of the site-based Training Coordinator, and contributing to the evaluation of the change management toolkit for future developments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a local stakeholder map and engagement plan
  • Coaching and supporting local SAP Super Users to become SAP change agents to drive change management activities with impacted end users
  • Conducting temperate checks with Site Leadership and end-user groups to assess change readiness and engagement levels
  • Working with the local site team to drive the identification and assessment of local impacts of change (IOC), ensuring the development of action plans for each IOC, and monitoring the progress and effectiveness of action plans for each IOC to track change readiness and resistance
  • Supporting the identification and assessment of potential benefits of change, ensuring that potential benefits are quantified and prioritized, and supporting the engagement and alignment with Site Leadership in respect of key benefits to be realized
  • Owning the local communication plan for internal and external stakeholder groups, developing and then coordinating delivery of local communications artifacts and campaigns, creating impactful communications materials as needed, and supporting and coaching SUs to communicate the people's impact to their end-user groups
  • Arranging and following through on local role-mapping education activities for Super Users, overseeing the role mapping activity to ensure end users receive the right SAP access according to new processes, in a controlled way, supporting Super Users to identify potential workload impacts on end users, and working with local HR leads to put in place the structures needed to maintain the SAP Super User role post-go live via succession planning
  • Being responsible for the development and scheduling of local training plans, close collaboration with local leadership to ensure users are available for mandatory training, tracking and reporting on training status to local leadership, identifying, implementing, tracking, and reporting on business readiness through Leadership and OCM Governance forums, and proactively and effectively managing the OCM deliverables for key Toll Gate meetings

Required experience includes prior experience in organizational change management within a large-scale program (ideally SAP change management experience), passion for organizational change management and experience in managing resistance, familiarity with the planning of training programs, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, strong project management and influencing skills, excellent English language skills both verbal and written, and excellent language skills for local site language both verbal and written.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $1.00 - $2.00 per day, offering benefits such as medical expenses insurance and food vouchers, with a diurnal schedule from Monday to Friday, and a required proficiency in English.
