About the RoleThis Administrative Support Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a dedicated administrative assistant to the Director. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to the Director and the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative assistance to the Director, including preparing presentations, managing databases, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage expense reports, track department purchases, and maintain confidential files.
- Support the activities of the human resources department, including events, round tables, and monthly meetings.
- Coordinate the appreciation program, recognize employee contributions, and participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential for this role.
- Strong communication skills, management of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and Google tools (Google Sheets, Google Meet).
- Preparatory and/or professional career (desirable), 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
