Supply Chain Transformation Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Transformation Specialist to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our Global Business Platform and driving process improvements across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure the deployment of the Global Business Platform, including configuration, testing, and training.
  • Assist in performing As Is analysis during Solution Identification phase and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform Change Impact analysis and facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution.
  • Develop and review Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Support the development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Coordinate User Access Testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on new processes and systems.
  • Develop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working to ensure effective change management.
  • Identify training needs and conduct trainings for end-users to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Provide inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones) and log risks and issues that appear during configuration, training, or other activities.
  • Perform analysis during Ramp-up phase and propose corrective actions to ensure smooth transition.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and integrate best practices for future resolution.
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrate them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps.
  • Ensure adequate handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain roles, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in End-to-end demand planning and Supply Planning.
  • Experience with Supply Chain software platforms and ability to discuss region-wise process differences.
