**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinating welding inspection activities to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company specifications
• Maintaining and updating the welding inspection plan and inspection checklist
• Reviewing and approving the qualifications of welding personnel
• Verifying that welders and welding operators have the necessary qualifications
• Recommending corrective actions in case of non-conformances
• Collaborating with the project team and construction managers to address welding issues

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of welding inspection experience
• Knowledge of welding codes and standards, including AWS D1.1 and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, and NACE Certification
• Experience in supervising and coordinating the work of inspectors
• Knowledge of welding processes and welding metallurgy
• Ability to read and interpret welding drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong English skills
