Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Education Specialist to join our team at Stryker. As a key member of our medical education team, you will be responsible for organizing and participating in various medical education events, including fairs, workshops, and live surgery broadcasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all logistical aspects of events, including planning, venue rentals, vendor management, travel logistics, and preparation of educational materials.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical industry, collaborating closely with them to develop customized educational programs and promote the Stryker brand and products.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Product teams to develop promotional strategies and educational content that support the goals of medical education.
- Collaborate with the sales team in the development of marketing and sales strategies, providing relevant educational information and resources, and supporting training needs.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of medical education events and programs, collecting data and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on advancements and trends in medical education and industry best practices to ensure that Stryker's programs and events are at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong experience in similar positions within medical device or pharmaceutical companies
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
