- Develop and lead the ongoing strategy for operational excellence and growth in the shipping, transportation, and delivered quality of all shipments
- Lead sourcing strategies for logistics service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers)
- Maintain and share broad knowledge of worldwide market trends related to logistics, regulatory environment, currency fluctuations, and other relevant cost factors that may affect supply chain
- Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Knowledge in trade programs (IMMEX, PROSEC, Annex 24, Annex 31, USMCA, CTPAT, and OEA)
- Knowledge in Warehouse, logistics, and Planning
- MS Office Suite
- 10 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
