As an Associate Manager, Project Manager, Commercialization for New Products Development, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end support for new product development and commercialization projects within our company portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely, on-budget, and on-strategy execution of projects, keeping stakeholders informed and team members prioritized, focused, and on-track to meet objectives in a busy and competitive environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in new product development and commercialization (NPD) to measure and publish team performance, project status, and metrics.
  • Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks, facilitating decision-making and arbitrating impasses to drive project progress.
  • Ensure teams meet milestones, critical business, and customer dates, and implement processes to streamline project execution.
  • Set project timelines and key milestone dates, managing and tracking projects through our PLM and PM tool systems.
  • Foster simplification and agile methodologies, leading the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Report on portfolio management execution and progress versus plan, managing stakeholders and their expectations.

Professional Profile

  • Required advanced English with verbal and written fluency.
  • BA or BS degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with a clear understanding of supply chain knowledge.
  • Proven experience leading and managing project teams in a highly collaborative and dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in launching new products in-house or contract manufacturing.
  • Management of interpersonal relationships with multiple levels and internal and external functions in the corporation.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, R&D/Manufacturing.
