Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic project portfolio reports, roadmaps, and OKR reporting for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Business Leads, Program Managers, and delivery team leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of program plans and OKR status.
- Identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations to optimize OKR governance and cross-functional resource alignment processes.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to synthesize information, understand challenges, and recommend solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cross-functional resource planning, change control, and OKR governance practices.
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on the project portfolio and OKRs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a Program Manager, Project Portfolio Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals across the organization.
- Ability to tailor your approach and those of the Strategy & Transformation Team to meet the needs of Zendesk teams.
- Ability to follow and positively influence OKR and CPMO methodology and best practices.
- Proficient experience with Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides, etc.) and Smartsheet.
