We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented In-Stock Management Specialist to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. As an In-Stock Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of daily purchase orders, vendor performance optimization, and solving operational issues with our warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute inbound follow-up and/or outbound demand generation campaigns to promote various Amazon services
  • Vendor education and vendor delivery process improvements to lead best availability, inbound, and customer experience practices
  • Work closely with multiple partners to educate vendors and identify campaign targets and messaging to effectively target key industries, use cases, or target customers
  • Participate in activities with other interns throughout the internship

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, e-commerce, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
  • High level of influence and ability to work in a team environment
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use hard data to back up assumptions
  • Confident functioning in an ambiguous environment
  • SQL knowledge

About the Internship:

This internship position is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in a real-world setting. As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor, and will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout the internship.
