**Responsibilities**:

The Product Performance Management Specialist at Citi partners across product disciplines, assists in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance. They work on the ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk, and distribution. The specialist applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the product performance team. They evaluate variable and, at times, complex issues with major impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations. The specialist requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. They implement performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on cross-sell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies, and product line extensions. The specialist assists sales and relationship managers in building skills needed to identify client needs, and proposes solutions in line with business objectives. They manage ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk, and distribution. The specialist partners closely with sales teams to identify client opportunities and with the client management organization to meet with prospective clients and to size new opportunities. They build consensus and awareness of value proposition throughout the organization and key partners. The specialist prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes, ensures products are delivered and adhere to all parameters globally. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales to deliver solutions for Citi clients.

**Qualifications**:

The Product Performance Management Specialist at Citi requires 3-8 years of experience. They must have demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline. Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with e-commerce solutions is preferred. The specialist must have complex judgments and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives. They must have in-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions. The specialist must have developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. They must have experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers.

**Education**:

The Product Performance Management Specialist at Citi requires a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

Monitorear y analizar las tasas de mercado y gobierno con el fin de brindar propuestas de estrategia de costo del portafolio

Realizar métricas sobre rendimiento de campañas, en especifico, dar seguimiento al éxito de una oferta para crear nuevas

Conocer y crear nuevos KPI de rendimiento del portafolio basados en el costo, número de clientes y balance total

Saber manejar bases de datos de gran volumen para simplificar la información y crear reportes sintetizados

Actualizar tasas, inflación en sistema

Licenciatura finanzas, actuaría, Economía

Conocimiento sobre mercado financiero (cetes, inversiones, tasas)

Access Intermedio y Excel avanzado (tablas, reportes, fórmulas)

Inglés avanzado (escrito), deseable hablado
