Executive Procurement Specialist

This is a full-time position at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya, Mexico. We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Inventory Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Manage the procurement process from initial request to delivery, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company safety programs and local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety and handling.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in procurement and inventory management processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, colleagues, and senior management.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
