About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Services Site, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of our products at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance activities of rolling stock, including troubleshooting, pre-warranty and commissioning, and validation and certification.
  • Provide technical expertise to other maintenance teams, subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members, and less experienced personnel.
  • Support operation by analyzing data using HealthHub, the Alstom platform for collecting, processing, and analyzing data produced by maintained assets.
  • Manage failure notifications and corrective service orders in the Maintenance Management System.
  • Execute test and troubleshooting procedures to evaluate system performance and perform failure analysis on parts to be returned for repair.
  • Support implementation of field modifications and provide technical leadership as needed.
  • Conduct peer reviews of PI activities and provide technical leadership if requested.
  • Contribute to Return of Experience and ensure good information flow about interventions and operations within Troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Certified Technician or Undergraduate in a technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics).
  • Minimum IT knowledge and internal EHS training.
  • Technical troubleshooting/investigation/testing experience (mechanical or electrical/electronic).
  • Field experience, EHS knowledge and exposure, and railways product knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate in a technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics).
  • English: fluent reading and writing, able to follow a technical conversation.
  • Railway safety/product liability, engineering knowledge, customer contact, and self-government.
Language Skills

We are looking for candidates with strong language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
