Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Toluca. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for implementing new and/or serial optimization projects for the automotive division, focused on power-train products.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface between purchasing & supplier quality teams, our Business Units who is the product development owner, and the external business partners (vendors).
- Sourcing and approval of samples & parts for serial business.
- Organizing technical meetings with Bosch multidisciplinary teams and vendors, securing the achievement of milestones and reporting in different horizontal & vertical lines.
- Active involvement in the identification and implementation of cost reduction ideas and business growth.
Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, including working for automotive companies.
- English Language: high (writing, listening, and oral).
- Hard skills: understanding of purchasing processes for sourcing and release of new parts, SAP usage, working with international multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers, project management, cost structure, and negotiation.
- Soft skills: team working and cooperation, effective communication, result-oriented, auto leadership.
