Job Summary


As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will lead the development of ServiceNow solutions to improve internal and external customer interactions with our Client Services tools. You will design and implement technical architectures, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure efficient solution implementation.


Main Responsibilities



  • Identify potential risks and introduce mitigation measures to protect customer data and system performance.
  • Update development tasks and engage stakeholders as needed to ensure smooth progress.
  • Document operational procedures and work instructions to support users of our platform.
  • Promote a better customer experience by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.
  • Work with project leads, developers, and scrum masters to analyze complex issues and provide architecture recommendations.
  • Evaluate proposed architectures, assess their feasibility, and make recommendations.
  • Develop and manage a program to assess business needs and proposed architectures.
  • Perform software testing and document test instructions.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Escalate and resolve issues with 3rd-party vendors as needed.
  • Identify and socialize requirements with 3rd-party vendors.
  • Participate in tool upgrades, including the 3rd-party customer relationship management system (ServiceNow).

Requirements



  • 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow or equivalent experience in another CRM tool.
  • 2+ years of experience with API and Web Services.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Databases (e.g., Oracle) in an operational or development capacity.
  • 6+ years of experience within an IT organization in a product support or development capacity.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages, including HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with AJAX, AngularJS, Jelly Scripting, MID server setup.
  • Familiarity with web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
  • Familiarity with mobile app design and development for iOS and Android.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, another relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and establishing best practices for customer relationship management solutions and their integrations.
  • Experience in website administration, including managing domain registration, certifications, and related configuration tasks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
