Position Overview
We are seeking a QA Automation Lead & Salesforce to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of automation testers.
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium (Java).
- Oversee testing processes for Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Selenium Automation Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
- Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Selenium (Java).
- Strong background in testing Salesforce applications.
Language Proficiency
- Advanced oral proficiency in English.
- Native proficiency in Spanish.
