Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational efficiency strategies to drive continuous improvement across all business functions, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Lead the Performance+ transformation and savings agenda in the end-to-end supply chain of the Business Group.
- Manage the change process and drive the execution of operational excellence strategies, including the analysis of performance data and capabilities.
- Design future states and roadmaps, and ensure proper follow-up, prioritization, and escalation when necessary.
- Influence Business Group Supply Chain Directors and Supply Chain Managers to adhere to the uniform Performance Excellence program.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management and operational excellence, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain operations.
