Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Finance Leader to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SAP Central Finance solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of finance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of SAP Central Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with Carrier's finance strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test system solutions that meet business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain global templates and playbooks for finance scenarios, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Lead the finance workstream for end-to-end implementations, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of SAP Central Finance solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in defining and maintaining global templates and playbooks for finance scenarios.
- Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and redesign.
- Experience in design, delivery, and support of SAP Central Finance and S/4 HANA environments.
- Expertise in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN).
- Deep understanding of corporate finance processes supported by Central Finance, including central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in a global team environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work with limited oversight.
