**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement inventory transition plans to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless substitution of parts.
2. Coordinate substitute product testing for production transitions, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
3. Implement consumption reduction controls and monitor vending performance to optimize inventory levels.
4. Identify and standardize SKUs, coordinating testing and implementation to improve supply chain efficiency.
5. Create Enovia part numbers and specifications, driving Ariba guided buying content creation to enhance procurement processes.
6. Manage and oversee supplier innovation ideas, ensuring alignment with supplier pipelines and GPS/CODB.
7. Monitor warranty management opportunities and implement repair, re-use, and recycle programs for spares and cutting tools.
8. Identify opportunities for inventory sharing and E&O optimization of existing Eaton inventory and future shared SKUs.
9. Conduct Kaizen and continuous cycles of improvement processes to drive supply chain excellence.
10. Support sites with stakeholder management, participating in supplier relationship management and business reviews.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
• Professional supply chain certification (e.g., CPM, CPIM)
• At least 3-5 years of supply chain experience at a senior buyer level, with previous MRO category management/strategic sourcing experience preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to achieve results, and experience in managing multiple tasks
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage without direct reporting lines
