About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Aloware. As a key player in our digital marketing initiatives, you will be responsible for strengthening our brand identity online and contributing to our lead generation, brand awareness, and overall digital marketing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and execute marketing campaigns across various mediums for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, posting, and engaging with our audience.
  • Conduct SEO audits and maintain keyword research and best practices.
  • Collaborate with SEO and paid media agencies on campaign strategies.
  • Coordinate with designers on visual concepts for promotions.
  • Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to create engaging display ads.
  • Update website content in WordPress and ensure content relevancy.
  • Monitor competitor social media and digital presence, sharing notable activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain our profiles on 3rd party sites, such as G2 and integration marketplaces.
  • Manage review sites and respond to customer reviews on platforms like G2.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing industry trends.
  • Work on special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with digital marketing automation software.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or a willingness to learn.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or MOZ.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional time and project management skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ownership mentality and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
Compensation
