**Job Summary**:

Baja Modular is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative and Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing warehouse inventory, and coordinating with our warehouse team to ensure timely order processing and shipping.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Offer recommendations on additional products that customers may need, promoting sales growth.
  • Verify and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked environment.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to process and ship customer orders efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, and products, providing top-notch customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or industrial sales and purchasing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • English language proficiency: 80%.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word, as well as software proficiency for inventory and purchase order processing.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
