About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Equivity. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and inspiring our marketing team, developing cutting-edge strategies, and spearheading initiatives that attract and retain clients.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and Mentor the Marketing Team: Manage the marketing team to achieve exceptional performance and results.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to create and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Create Engaging Content: Oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive content across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
  • Monitor and Report Results: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with the Latest Trends: Stay abreast of the latest marketing technologies and trends to ensure our efforts are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Foster a Creative Environment: Foster a creative and collaborative environment where new ideas and innovative solutions are encouraged.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated Success: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive sales, especially B2B.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
  • Exceptional Leadership: Exceptional leadership and virtual team management skills.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to Thrive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
