Job Summary

The Pharmacovigilance Assistant II performs a variety of complex administrative tasks to support the business and project management within Pharmacovigilance and Safety Reporting, including:

  • Distribution of incoming safety notifications.
  • Submitting, filing, and tracking of safety-related information.
  • Preparation, organization, and maintenance of files, reports, listings, and similar.
  • Preparation of audits and meetings for management.
  • Working with the business and Project Manager to ensure tasks and projects are completed in accordance with SOPs, contract, and client expectations/processes.
  • Support for Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance, including PSMF activities as required.
