Key Responsibilities
- Establish a trusted relationship with customers to drive action plans and define the Premium Engagement portfolio & service plan.
- Identify innovation opportunities leveraging SAP's technology innovation portfolio and review services delivered by SAP as part of the engagement.
- Anticipate and identify functional/technical risks and top issues, and drive prevention of risks and resolution of issues according to engagement deliverables.
- Ensure value recognition and visibility of value delivered at the customer and support extensions of the contract and renewal towards the contract end date.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or management information systems.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and strong people leadership and management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required, along with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral) are a must, with Portuguese (written and oral) being a plus.
- Open to travel and work experience is a plus.
