Rakhere Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to drive company growth through new opportunity identification, client engagement, and revenue generation.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive business development professional with a passion for driving revenue and creating lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Cold Calling: Utilize extensive cold calling experience to identify and engage with potential clients, researching target industries and companies to initiate contact and introduce Rakhere Technologies' products and services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique business needs, challenges, and goals, and positioning Rakhere Technologies as a valuable solution provider.
  • Leverage expertise to convert leads into successful business partnerships, driving the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to position Rakhere Technologies effectively and tailor the approach to meet evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience, providing insights and feedback to refine products and services based on client feedback.
  • Contribute to the formulation of effective sales strategies and initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand the company's client base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager, with a track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling and lead generation, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility over the phone.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, demonstrated by a history of successfully closing complex deals.
  • In-depth understanding of various sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to adapt approaches to different client needs and industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong determination to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
