The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the injection molding process, ensuring quality and output expectations are met, and adhering to safety practices.

\

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise employee performance on assigned shifts, guaranteeing their work runs smoothly and meets company standards for safety, quality, production, and waste.\
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve department goals in labor efficiency, labor utilization, housekeeping, and productivity improvements.\
  • Analyze production performance records and data, providing manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and responding to requests.\
  • Work on continuous improvement projects, measuring and evaluating employee performance according to company standards.\
  • Evaluate skills distribution among team members to ensure effective production planning.\\
  • Actively build lead and production employee skill sets to create a cross-functional workforce and increase efficiencies.\
  • Stimulate teamwork within departments, fostering a solid work ethic and maintaining a positive team attitude.\\
  • Maintain a systematic approach for Root Cause Analysis and make data-driven decisions.\\
