About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst - Supply Chain to join our team at H-E Parts. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis
    • Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
    • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Process Improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Communication
    • Present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the Supply Chain domain.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from complex data sets.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL for querying data from relational databases.
    • Proven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports.
    • Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a strong plus.
