About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Brand Designer to join our team at Zillow Mexico. As a key member of our talent attraction and marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and producing dynamic visual content that showcases the Zillow brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a full spectrum of creative assets, including campaigns, digital and print collateral, to communicate the Zillow brand and culture to potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our creative deliverables reflect hiring goals, audience insights, and marketing objectives.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content, including photography and video, to showcase the Zillow brand and culture.
  • Build and maintain a suite of marketing and social media templates that equip our talent teams to be active participants in building our brand and reputation with candidates.
  • Manage the entire content creation process from beginning to end, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of assets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and producing visual content for a brand or marketing team.
  • Intermediate or mid-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to apply them consistently across various deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
