About the Role

We're seeking a talented Talent Brand Designer to help launch and strengthen the Zillow talent brand in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing the look and feel of our visual story to attract and retain top-performing talent. You'll work closely with our talent teams to create dynamic creative deliverables in various formats, including campaigns, digital and print collateral, and social media templates.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask. You'll be responsible for managing the entire content creation process from beginning to end, ensuring that all assets are up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a full spectrum of creative assets, including campaigns, digital and print collateral, and social media templates.
  • Collaborate with talent teams to ensure that our creative deliverables reflect hiring goals, audience insights, and marketing objectives.
  • Design and create visual stories that accurately capture life at Zillow in Mexico.
  • Build a suite of marketing and social media templates that equip our talent teams to be active participants in building our brand and reputation with candidates.
  • Manage the entire content creation process, from planning to production.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a designer to articulate brand story and identity across a broad range of deliverables.
  • Intermediate or mid-level proficiency in the use of Adobe suite software, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder.
  • Robust experience in creating and following brand guidelines.
  • First-hand experience in photography and videography, including pre-shoot planning and post-production editing.
  • Solutions-oriented, highly driven, proactive, and takes initiative.
  • Strong conceptual ability, understanding the importance of typography, layout, color theory, and color strategy.
  • Sophisticated eye for cropping/selecting photography and video assets for various projects.
  • Confident in presenting and pitching creative concepts and ideas to senior leaders and internal/external partners.
