Financial Services Relationship Manager

The Citigold Relationship Banker is a developing professional role that requires a strong understanding of financial services and private client coverage. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data to identify policy gaps and formulate policies. They will also be skilled in interpreting data and making recommendations, as well as researching and interpreting factual information to identify inconsistencies in data or results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Client Account Management:

• Review client needs and asset allocation to proactively engage with clients and validate their understanding of their needs.

• Advise clients to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling other fee-based products/services based on current and future client needs.

• Review product penetration for the assigned client base and identify potential clients who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.

• Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning.

• Organize client events to enhance client bonding.

• Acquire new CitiGold clients through converting referral leads.

2. Compliance, Risk & Controls:

• Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.

• Fulfill client necessities while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.

**Qualifications:**

• 0-2 years of relevant experience

• Ability to manage relationships both internal and external

• Ability to multi-task

• Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products

**Education:**

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
