Key Responsibilities

  3. Manufacturing Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with product development and manufacturing processes.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, product development, or manufacturing process engineering.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, product development methodologies, and manufacturing process improvement techniques. Proficiency in Agile and SAP is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
  • Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be based in our office location and will be required to travel occasionally to our manufacturing facilities and customer sites.
