Area Sales Representative

At Intermex, we're committed to delivering exceptional money transfer services to our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base in targeted territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prospect and acquire new customers through in-person sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, key performance indicators, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish is a must.
- Minimum 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience.
- Experience managing a team of sales representatives.
- Strong multicultural experience, with a preference for Mexico and Guatemala.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
