Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base in targeted territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through in-person sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, key performance indicators, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish is a must.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience.
  • Experience managing a team of sales representatives.
  • Strong multicultural experience, with a preference for Mexico and Guatemala.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
