This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless supply chain operations for one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support to the field DC Service team by researching, identifying, and resolving system issues, outages, compliance coding issues, and incomplete loads.
- Review Systems Notifications in ICS and notify site teams for resolution.
- Highlight and share impact of In-Stock opportunities through POG Dashboard review.
- Resolve Compliance/Non-Compliance Coding issues and provide feedback to sites, collaborating with field partners.
- Review loads/facility transfers that have not been completed from prior weeks and follow up with site teams on findings.
- Participate in calls with upstream and downstream partners.
- Collaborate with field partners and execute adhoc assignments as needed.
About You:
We are looking for a self-starter with 1-3 years of experience working in Supply Chain Planning, preferably with SAP programs familiarity. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with minimal supervision while assisting and leading others. Basic knowledge of Marketing, Product Supply, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting is also preferred.
