- Supplier Benchmarking and Consolidation: Analyze supplier performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement consolidation strategies to optimize costs and quality.
- Local Presence or Relocation: Must be local to Zacatecas, Mexico, or willing to relocate with paid relocation.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of purchasing and commodity management experience.
- Language Skills: Business-level English and Spanish language skills.
- Supplier Development and Management: Proven ability to develop and manage supplier relationships.
- ERP Systems and Office Software: Familiarity with ERP systems and office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language Skills: Business-level Mandarin language skills.
- Automotive Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive industry quality requirements.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and ability to achieve deliverables on time.
- Global Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively with global counterparts.
