Job Description:

Franklin Electric seeks a Tax Specialist to support the managing of all aspects of tax processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in filing annual tax returns for legal entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Calculate and declare tax results in annual declarations for legal entities.
  • Compute deferred taxes in annual declarations for legal entities.
  • Present financial statements at the Ministry of Economy, covering quarterly and annual economic reports.
  • Prepare financial statements based on trial balances, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Electronic invoicing of manufacturing revenues through external providers of invoice stamps to various clients.
  • Process payroll stamping in SAT systems.
  • Reconcile accounting accounts related to tax matters, ensuring up-to-date records.
  • Maintain monthly interim tax payments, avoiding penalties and interest.
  • Develop and present Diot statements, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Manage electronic accounting filings, guaranteeing timely submissions.
  • Calculate and declare 3% on payroll, issuing invoices for payment.
  • Provide informative statements for Maquiladora and Export Services Manufacturing Companies (DIEMSE).
  • Offer information on tax status through the ISSIF system.
  • Compile Form 96 Partners Report, detailing partnerships and investments.
  • Submit required information to INEGI, maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Handle cancellation requests in the tax mailbox, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Contribute to Transfer Pricing Studies, providing accurate data and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written English skills, with a minimum of 80% proficiency.
  • Aptitude for customer service, ensuring good treatment and effective communication.
  • Ability to work under diverse information requirements, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with government agencies, including Municipal, State, and Federal entities such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and the Ministry of Economy.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including LIVA, LISR, CFF, LFT, LIMSS, and LYMPHONAVIT.
Benefits and Compensation:

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary between $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
