  • Ensure timely delivery of products, materials, and supplies.
  • Assess and communicate resolution of supplier problems, including service level and inventory issues.
  • Manage supplier relationships and respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of purchasing concepts and principles.
  • Develops recommendations for contract terms and business requirements.
  • Manages purchasing activities to provide deliverables within stated performance and quality parameters.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvements to service, inventory, and quality.

Competencies:
We are looking for a candidate who can work collaboratively with others, build strategic alliances, and negotiate to influence important outcomes.

  • Collaborates with others to understand complex situations and break them down into smaller pieces.
  • Demonstrates and executes on knowledge of relevant business processes.
  • Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of protocols and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with sourcing ideas and identifying/protecting intellectual property.
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
