Michael Page is seeking a talented Regional Brand Manager to join our team in Mexico City.
Job Description- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for LATAM, driving growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic plans for growth in all LATAM markets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, leveraging market research and analysis.
- Oversee the registration of products in all markets, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end brand campaigns, aligning with regional goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and business partners.
- Analyze local competitors to strengthen the brand position and stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze customer data and purchase trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Lead PR, communications, branding, campaigns, and events, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
- Evaluate campaign productivity and strategy, optimizing for future success.
- Develop and implement the campaign strategy, aligning with customer requirements and company goals.
- Identify regional marketing goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company vision.
- Supervise and develop the regional marketing budget, marketing reports, and sales reports.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in LATAM.
- Advanced English (C1-C2) is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, cosmetic industry, or related fields is preferred.
- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
- Experience in managing successful marketing campaigns is essential.
- Proven working experience as a Brand Manager is required.
- Deep knowledge of marketing, sales, consumers, and industry is necessary.
- Strong communications skills are essential.
- Goal-oriented and excellent organizational skills are required.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills are necessary.
- Collaborative and excellent relationship management skills are essential.
- $100,000-$120,000 MXN gross salary + Superior Benefits.
- Remote work opportunities.
