Dentsu Aegis Network is a global leader in media, content and digital communications. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Brand Designer to join our team in Beirut.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Brand Designer who can elevate the level of craft across every project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the branding evolution of content across various asset types and communication channels.

The role will partner closely with our senior brand strategy team and design director, offering ample autonomy to shape content for multiple channels across our clients' audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Brand Identity Development: Conceptualizing and building brands from scratch, working closely with the brand strategy team, and refreshing existing brands to ensure they meet modern standards.
• Brand Guidelines Creation: Establishing comprehensive brand guidelines outlining the usage of visual elements to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Logo Design: Conceptualizing and designing logos that effectively communicate the brand's identity and resonate with its target audience.
• Graphic Design: Designing marketing materials, packaging, digital assets, and other branded collateral consistent with the brand's visual identity.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A portfolio of outstanding and highly crafted brand design work from a top agency or brand.
• Superpowers across the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience delivering impactful design projects either in-house or as part of a team.
• Confidence in your creative thinking and ability to challenge briefs and the status quo.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
