Lead Brand Design Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Brand Design Strategist to join our team at Dentsu Creative. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of branding strategies and visual identities that elevate the level of craft across every project.

• Brand Identity Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the brand's values, mission, and target audience, working closely with the brand strategy team to ensure these strategic specifications are visually represented. Create visual elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery that embody the brand's essence.
• Brand Guidelines Creation: Establish comprehensive brand guidelines outlining the usage of visual elements to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines by internal teams and external partners.
• Logo Design: Conceptualize and design logos that effectively communicate the brand's identity and resonate with its target audience. Create logo designs based on feedback and market research to achieve optimal results.
• Graphic Design: Design marketing materials, packaging, digital assets, and other branded collateral consistent with the brand's visual identity. Incorporate design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory to create visually appealing and cohesive designs.
• Brand Strategy Support: Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align design initiatives with broader brand objectives and marketing campaigns. Provide creative input and design solutions that support brand strategy and messaging.
• Brand Communication: Develop visual storytelling concepts that effectively communicate the brand's narrative and values across various channels. Create compelling visuals for social media, advertising campaigns, and other brand communications.

• A portfolio of outstanding and highly crafted brand design work from a top agency or brand.
• Superpowers across the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience of delivering impactful design projects either agency or in-house.
• Confident in your creative thinking and able to challenge briefs and the status quo.
• Ability to interact with coworkers effectively and appropriately at a variety of levels, across many disciplines.
• Ability to interpret feedback, whether from Creative Directors, producers, or clients, and make changes to creative work in response to this feedback.
• Able to offer constructive insights, options, and ideas to keep projects moving forwards.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
