We are seeking an International Customs Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely customs process flow, accurate and timely client billing, and compliance with all regulations.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of customs brokerage processes and systems, understanding of ocean, transcon, and air documentation processes, knowledge of air, road, and ocean transport, and basic accounting knowledge.

You will be required to possess effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results. Proactive, strong organizational skills, and good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of customs brokerage processes and systems
  • Understanding of ocean, transcon, and air documentation processes
  • Knowledge of air, road, and ocean transport
