We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Operator to join our team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya in Mexico.

As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.

You will operate the telephone switchboard station, process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non-registered guest calls. You will also advise guests of any messages received and monitor busy or unanswered lines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide seamless support to our guests.
