Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain design standards to ensure consistent branding across offline and digital platforms.
- Edit and enhance PowerPoint templates, slides, and other design assets.
- Collaborate with content creators and cross-functional teams to integrate design elements effectively.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
- Apply strong design principles, including typography, color theory, and usability.
- Prepare digital files for large format printing, plotter, and other outputs using various graphics software.
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of English language (C1).
- 3+ years proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on digital design, and preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- High competency level in Google Apps Suite (including Google Slides), as well as Microsoft Outlook and Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
