The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with extensive experience in building, operating, and maintaining clean room environments. They will be responsible for supporting business units and sites in the construction, operation, and maintenance of clean rooms, as well as creating a capability tracker for all clean rooms.
The Clean Room Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international standards, coordinating feasibility studies with consultants, and proposing qualification criteria for clean room services and speed. Additionally, they will maintain control of files, records, and records of the biological load verification program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clean room standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Support business units and sites in clean room construction, operation, and maintenance
- Create a capability tracker for all clean rooms
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards
- Coordinate feasibility studies with consultants
- Maintain control of files, records, and records of the biological load verification program
Requirements:
- Professional degree in science, chemistry, engineering, or a physical science
- 5-8 years of experience in building, maintaining, and managing clean rooms
- Knowledge of clean room standards, US FDE 209E, ISO, and GMP Annex European Community Cleanroom Standards
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and automotive industry requirements
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and lead auditor in ISO 13485:2003 preferred
