As a Test Engineering Manager for Repair Services, you will work with Contract Repair Manufacturers (CRM) in Guadalajara to ensure they adhere to our test standards. You will also assist site personnel in understanding Cisco technology and establish and maintain test stations.
- Analyze repair data and work with site test engineers to improve repair yields and output.
- Assist with new product introduction for Repair, including equipment identification, setup, install, and qualification.
- Manage scrap from the repair process in conjunction with the site and Service Planning.
- Oversee the application of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in a timely manner.
- Help identify, document, and approve Service Deviations.
- Collaborate with site and internal teams to sunset products reaching End-of-Product-Life (EOL) status.
- Support site Test Engineers on Apollo coding standards, training, and maintenance of test scripts.
