About the Role

Vitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of cutting-edge drive systems for sustainable mobility. As a SAP HCM Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stable data integration and system landscape for our North America SAP HCM systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop technical concepts and support procedures for SAP HCM systems
  • Lead or participate in project workstreams, contributing to analysis, conceptual design, and project delivery
  • Handle incidents and change requests for NAR systems, focusing on Time Management, Payroll, ABAP, and SF EC Replication
  • Collaborate with regional team members, BA HR global team members, and internal business partners to develop and document business requirements
Requirements
  • Academic degree in computer science, business management, or a related field with an IT focus
  • Several years of practical work experience in the HR technology field of SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT, PY)
  • SAP HCM ABAP programming skills and good knowledge of Time Management and Payroll in SAP HCM, preferably SF EC Integration knowledge as well
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork
