**Key Responsibilities**
1. Verify customer, order, and item information for accuracy and completeness.
2. Identify and process variances in orders to ensure proper information is entered.
3. Communicate closely with other departments to resolve issues related to pricing and quoting.
4. Enter correct customer shipment and notification requirements.
5. Apply proper sales credit and commission payment rates to orders.
6. Review orders for completeness using an order entry checklist.
7. Participate in problem-solving teams and special projects to improve processes.
8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with Eaton's safety standards.
**Requirements**
1. Bachelor's degree necessary.
2. Minimum 1 year of customer interaction/support experience.
3. Experience with SAP and/or Vista.
4. Easy adaptability to different work and cultural environments.
5. Good relationships with internal and external customers.
