About the Role:

Alstom seeks an experienced Troubleshooter Rolling Stock to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of our products at customer sites.

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out maintenance activities of the Rolling Stock, mainly corrective, including troubleshooting, pre-warranty & commissioning, and validation & certification, as well as occasional preventive tasks, such as fleet checks.

Investigate and repair issues, and report any deviations or failures in our Failure Management database, including configuration data.

Support operations by analyzing data using HealthHub, our platform for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from maintained assets.

Open failure notifications and manage corrective Service Orders in our Maintenance Management System.

Requirements:

  • Certified Technician or undergraduate degree in a technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
  • Minimum IT knowledge
  • Internal EHS training
  • Technical troubleshooting/investigation/testing experience (mechanical or electrical/electronic)
  • Field experience
  • EHS knowledge and exposure
  • Railways Product knowledge
