About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Troubleshooter Rolling Stock to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Services Site, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of our products at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance activities of the Rolling Stock, including corrective and preventive maintenance, fleet check activities, and interventions in maintenance workshops and parking yards.
  • Provide technical expertise to other maintenance teams, subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members, and less experienced personnel.
  • Support operation by analyzing data using HealthHub, a platform for collecting, processing, and analyzing data produced by the maintained assets.
  • Manage failure notifications and corrective Service Orders in the Maintenance Management System.
  • Apply and enforce Alstom and customer EHS and security rules and relevant PI processes on customer site.
Requirements
  • Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics).
  • Minimum IT knowledge.
  • Internal EHS training.
  • Technical troubleshooting/investigation/testing experience (mechanical or electrical/electronic).
  • Field Experience.
  • EHS knowledge and exposure.
  • Railways Product knowledge.
