Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and execute all determined processes related to import and export operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Assure the correct invoicing process in the Annex 24, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Ensure the correct Customs regime in import and export operations, taking into account the type of material and Purchase Order.
- Provide the Customs Broker with the correct and complete required paperwork to support customs operations.
- Assure the reliability, integrity, and accuracy of data registration for each customs operation.
- Optimize customs operation costs and scale any potential issues when needed.
- Maintain open and effective communication with the Trade Compliance team and other Sensata departments to determine the correct strategy and solutions for each case.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations, best practices, automation techniques, and performance standards in the field of trade compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures, policies, goals, and standards related to Security, Human Resources, and Trade Compliance.
