Job Description

The role of the Accounts Receivable Team Lead is to oversee the entire accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely collections and effective management of customer relationships.

About the Job

This position reports directly into the AR & Collections Manager and will be based out of Mexico City. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the AR portfolio, including monitoring customer relationships, collecting overdue accounts, and preventing future delinquencies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounting and collections, with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Oracle Cloud, and Power BI is essential, as well as basic data entry and computation skills.

In this role, you will work closely with the Credit Team to provide feedback on AR balances and collaborate with other teams to resolve billing issues and streamline processes. You will also conduct regular data analysis and reporting to stakeholders, including finance leadership, operations, and sales.
