About the Role:
This position involves managing small internal projects, setting up and tracking department portfolios, interacting with multiple stakeholders, and developing strategic plans for project success. The ideal candidate will have experience in software packaging and distribution, hardware imaging and distribution, patch management, and collaboration/av tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and AV.

Responsibilities:
- Manage small-scale IT projects from initiation to closure
